Single/Brief Session
$200/hour
Single/Brief session– maybe you want some assistance with goal setting, some quick interventions or some supportive listening. Single sessions are always available !
Individual Therapy
$200/hour
Individual therapy: Perhaps you have some short term or long-term goals you would like to work on, or you have some mental health issues you would like to address. These would be ongoing individual counselling/therapy for as long as you think you need.
Occupational Therapy Assessments
$200/hour
OT Assessments: This can include home equipment assessment, wheelchair assessment or assessment for the disability tax credit.
Limitations of Service
If you are employed by or under the jurisdiction of the Correctional Service Canada (e.g. day parole, full parole, or statutory release), unfortunately we cannot work together due to conflict of interest.
If you are experiencing chronic crisis (e.g. suicidal ideations or self harm) – while I have the training and experience to treat and support symptoms of crisis – I am unable to properly do so due to my limited availability. I can refer you to a more appropriate professional should you need this type of treatment.
