Tools We Use
Booking System
We may use Jane App to manage appointments. It’s built for healthcare providers, stores data in Canada, and follows privacy laws.
Contact
When you click email, phone, or text links on our website, your regular email/phone/messaging app handles it. Your provider’s privacy policy applies.
Website Protection
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to stop spam bots on our contact forms. It verifies you’re human without tracking you or collecting personal data.
Website Analytics
We use Umami to see basic website stats (like which pages get visited). It doesn’t track you personally, doesn’t use cookies, and only sees anonymous data like what city you’re from and what device you’re using.

- Withdraw permission to use your info (with some exceptions)
- File a complaint with the Privacy Commissioner of Canada
How Long We Keep Records
We keep your health records for at least 10 years after your last visit, as required by professional regulations.
